What is SuccessFactor™?
- SuccessFactor™ is a proprietary software application developed by Investar ® Redevelopment for evaluating the redevelopment potential for individual real estate. SuccessFactor™ recommends the type of use best for maximizing the value of your real estate.
- Based on the information input by the user, SuccessFactor™ will analyze 15 key factors to determine whether the property is meeting its full potential.
What does SuccessFactor™ do?
- SuccessFactor™ considers 15 unique factors relative to your real estate. Each factor is analyzed and assigned a score. Then each factor’s score is compared with the others to calculate a final score. The score is translated into a rating and a recommendation about the real estate's "highest and best" use.
Why use SuccessFactor™?

How does SuccessFactor™ work?

What do SuccessFactor™’s results mean?

Based on, and considering, all the information input, SuccessFactor™ generates a result on a 4.0 scale. The scale for evaluating real estate is similar to that for calculating grade point average (GPA). The score is then translated into a letter grade of “A+” through “D-“, with “C” being the average. The higher the grade is above the average, the better suited the use. The use with the highest grade is recommended as the best use for the particular piece of real estate evaluated.

How much does it cost to use SuccessFactor™?
- Everyone's initial usage of SuccessFactor™ is free. Investar Redevelopment will contact users regarding fees for continued usage of the SuccessFactor™ site rating system software.
