Investar ® Redevelopment (IR) was founded in 2002 to perform specialized real estate redevelopment services to ensure investment, cleanup and re-use of distressed and underutilized property. IR's principals have over 50 years of experience in the public and private sector managing site cleanup and redevelopment for large commercial, industrial, and mixed use projects throughout the northeast. To offer specialty services targeting brownfields and distressed real estate to resolve issues complicating their redevelopment and resale to ensure such sites are a sound investment and generate community benefit.

How We select project Investment opportunities
Investar ® Redevelopment uses its trademarked SuccessFactor™ site evaluation process that rates sites redevelopment potential by evaluating 15 key factors, generating an investment risk rating (A through F) for residential, commercial and industrial end-uses. The greater risk projects are set up to support a higher return on investment.

How We Work With Our Clients

Real Estate Project Management Consulting - With the assistance of our service provider network, IR provides services through our five modules and manage those services for an established consulting fee. Additionally, IR assists clients in packaging financing, private investment, grants, and tax incentives from pre-development through project completion.
